Brian is the Operations Manager, developing plans and strategies for achieving the company’s delivery and financial goals and operational execution strategy. He creates and implements operating objectives, company policies, and procedures, and oversees the delivery of superior customer service. Brian is also responsible for ensuring employees and managers are properly motivated and trained.

Brian’s background encompasses 18 years in the construction industry where he has previously served as Senior Project Manager for a long standing GC company.

Brian earned his Bachelors in Construction Management and a Minor in Health & Safety from Indiana State University.
